The terms "Lakeside Country Club", "us" or "our" refers to the owner of the site. "Lakeside Country Club" is a registered trademark of Lakeside Village - Tourist Enterprises, Ltd. headquarters at Avenida Ayrton Senna, Quinta do Lago, Almancil, Loulé, Portugal, a company registered in the Commercial Registry of Loulé under the tax number 501 538 437.
The terms "your (s)" and "client" refer to the user of the site.

The term "Tourist Product" refers to the rental unit and / or purchase of leisure activities. The Tourist Products may also include additional services such as car rental and / or others.
You can make your reservation via the Lakeside Country Club website or by using the above mentioned contacts. If you wish to make a reservation directly with Lakeside Country Club you can use the contacts listed above.
Lakeside Country Club is not responsible for any bookings made through third parties.
By accessing and entering your details on our website is to proceed with a proposal to contract the Tourist Products selected, in the event these are found available.
In making the proposal to hire the Tourist Products selected if these are available, Lakeside Country Club will send you an e-mail to confirm your reservation. This email is in recognition of Lakeside Country Club receiving your proposal. If the Tourist Products selected are available, but do not make reference to prices or dates, Lakeside Country Club will contact you by phone or email so you can make the reservation for Tourist Products with the applicable price and / or alternative dates . If you agree, we will contact you by phone or email to confirm the reservation and to initiate the procedure for payment.
Changes made by the customer
If you wish to make any changes to your booking after receiving the email acknowledging the same from Lakeside Country Club, we will endeavor to fulfill your request. The alteration request must be made in writing. If you want to change the number of people for whom the reservation was made, the cost of the rental products reserved will be recalculated according to the new numbers and subject to availability.
If you wish to extend the period of your stay, this extension will also be subject to the availability of Tourist Products available.
From the moment you confirm your booking, Lakeside Country Club begins to incur costs and the later a cancellation is made the harder it is to resell.
Thus, the customer is entitled to cancel the reservation until the seventh day prior to their arrival, having Lakeside Country Club reimburse all sums paid to date.
Should the client proceed with the cancellation of the reservation after the seventh day prior to their arrival, Lakeside Country Club will make no refund.
Lakeside Country Club will charge the equivalent of the total stay in the case of no-show by the customer.
Lakeside Country Club has the right to cancel the reservation where the conditions or payment terms are not fulfilled. If the client has already made a partial payment, this is non-refundable.
All cancellations must be made in writing to the contacts listed above.
Check-in & Check-out
The rental units are available for check-in from 15:30. Please make your check-out by 11.00 at the latest to allow the accommodation to be prepared for the next arrival.
A reservation for any Tourist Product shall be based upon information provided by our site. Other such information that may be provided by our employees during the time of the reservation is not guaranteed unless this is confirmed in writing at the time of the reservation confirmation at Lakeside Country Club.
Pets are not allowed.
Any special requests must be made at the time of booking. Lakeside Country Club will endeavor to meet the requests made, however, cannot guarantee the same being effected. This does not constitute a breach of contract by non-performance of Lakeside Country Club.
During your stay, should a problem arise related to Tourist Products reserved, please notify immediately (even during your vacation) Lakeside Country Club so that we can find a solution for the same. If not satisfied with the solution presented by Lakeside Country Club and you wish to address the issue after your departure, please contact Lakeside Country Club, Avenida Ayrton Senna, Quinta do Lago, Almancil, Loulé 8135, in writing up to 15 (fifteen) days following the date of check-out, stating in detail the events. There will be a review of the complaint and the appropriate action taken. Claims received after the fifteen (15) days will not be considered.
For the resolution of any dispute arising out of this contract which is not settled amicably, the parties elect the Court of Faro, Algarve, Portugal, as a jurisdiction, waiving any other jurisdiction.
The present regulation defined as Lakeside Country Club uses and protects the information that the client provides through access and use of Lakeside Country Club’s website.
Lakeside Country Club undertakes to ensure that the customer privacy is assured. When we request certain information of identification we guarantee that this will only be used in accordance with this Regulation.
The information we collect
Lakeside Country Club may collect the following information:

. Other data relevant to carry out your reservation of accommodation
What we do with the information we collect
The information we collect is necessary to make your reservation. However, we may use your e-mail address you provide us with to send periodic information about new rental products, special offers and other information that we think may be of interest. If you wish to stop receiving this information, you can send us an e-mail to that effect.
Lakeside Country Club undertakes to ensure that customer data is secure. To prevent unauthorized access or unauthorized disclosure of your information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards for information collected through the website.
Links to other sites
Lakeside Country Club will not sell, distribute, or give personal data to third parties. Eventually, your personal information may be used to send promotional information of third parties that may be of interest.
If you find that the personal information we have is incorrect or incomplete, please let us know to the contacts provided above so we can proceed with the immediate correction of the same.
Standards of Operation
(Decree-Law n º 39/2008 of 7 March)
These rules apply to all owners and customers of Lakeside Country Club
. Check-in is from 15:30
. Upon arrival it is obligatory to provide a Credit Card for any eventual costs
. Checkout is done until 11h00. If baggage remains in the rental unit after this time Lakeside Country Club will charge an extra night of accommodation
. Confirmation of reservation is subject to a deposit of 40% and the remaining 60% will be paid on arrival
. The cost of cancellations with less than 7 days notice before arrival is equal to the value of the deposit (40%)
. Early departures and no-shows are not entitled to reimbursement
. Access to service areas are closed to all customers
. Smoking is prohibited in any enclosed area of Lakeside Country Club
. Pets are allowed on request at Lakeside Country Club
. It is forbidden to feed birds or other animals
. It is not permitted to reserve sunbeds at the pools or change their location
. It is prohibited to make noise or practice any act that disturbs the peace and quiet of other customers
. Any acts of vandalism or violence will not be tolerated at Lakeside Country Club. When detected, those responsible will be expelled and accountable by law enforcement authorities
. Lakeside Country Club will only be liable for the goods deposited into the custody of the reception
. Any loss or damage will be charged immediately and directly to the customer
. It is mandatory to comply with the rules posted in each common area
. The cleaning of the apartments is every 2 days and does not include the laundering of clients personal clothing
. Children are defined as people between 2 and 12 years of age
